A Passion for Light and Story

I'm Bianca, a wedding photographer based in Ibiza, although you'll often find me somewhere else in the world with a camera in my hand.

My journey into photography wasn't particularly traditional. I started out working in film, which taught me to watch and anticipate moments rather than create them. Somewhere along the way, I picked up a camera and completely fell in love with photography. I'm self-taught, and I think that has allowed me to develop my own way of seeing things without feeling like I had to follow any particular rules.

People have always been at the heart of what I do. I'm naturally drawn to real interaction, great energy and all those little things happening around a wedding day that could so easily go unnoticed. I want you to look at your photographs and remember the people who were there, the atmosphere in the room and exactly how it all felt.

My approach is relaxed and intuitive. I'll give you direction when you need it, especially when we're creating portraits, but I also know when to step back and simply observe. I never want your wedding to feel like one long photoshoot. You're there to experience it; I'm there to make sure you can relive it.

Living in Ibiza has had a huge influence on me and my work. The light, the people, the pace of life and being surrounded by different cultures constantly inspire me. Travel is a big part of my life too, and I'm incredibly lucky that photography has taken me to celebrations all over the world.

Away from weddings, I'm happiest with my husband Garry and our cocker spaniel Ocho, usually somewhere in the sunshine, planning where we're going next.

Ultimately, I don't want to create photographs that are simply beautiful.
